I ordered a water bottle for my niece's birthday and requested it etched with a panda. The staff at Red Rooster Laser Arts were very helpful, making sure I had a perfect design for the mug that matched the style I was describing. They also shipped the mug directly to my niece, such great customer service! The mug is high quality, the etching lasts, and it looks great!!! I would definitely buy from them again.

I just got my first order in the mail today! Wowsers. When I opened up the envelope, everything was wrapped beautifully in red tissue paper to keep the items flat during shipping. In that part of the package was my invoice and some business cards. I intend to share them with my quilting friends. I placed the order on Tuesday night and I got the package today.

I ordered several pieces. They are cut so precisely and the iron on adhesive is already cut with the shape. I am so anxious to get my first project made!
