At Red Rooster Laser Arts, we take pride in providing high-quality, personalized products and ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their orders. Please review our return policy carefully:

1. No Refunds on Personalized Items
   Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any product that has been engraved, cut, or printed specifically for you. Once the customization process begins, the sale is final.
2. Approval of Proof Pictures
   For custom orders, we will provide proof pictures for your review. These must be accepted and approved before any engraving, cutting, or printing begins. Please take the time to carefully check the design and details, as production will not start without your approval.
3. Custom Orders Over $200
   For all custom orders totaling $200 or more, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance will be due upon completion and prior to shipment or pickup.
